Returns and exchanges.
Should you wish to return an item please contact us prior to doing so.
Once the return has been agreed with us, please return the item, unworn, unused and in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
The customer is responsible for return shipping, and once the item has been received in its original pristine condition an exchange is possible. However the customer is responsible for further postage costs.
Returns are not possible for custom and made to order items.

All our items leave us in perfect condition, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit but will assist with claims made to the carrier.
We will arrange a full refund only on faulty items after they have been returned to us.
Refunds will not include any original postage costs.
Lost / returned items
We are not responsible for items being delayed or lost in transit, we will do our best to track and help. If your item has not arrived after 30 business days from estimated date of delivery we will assume it has been lost and will offer a refund (postage not included).
We can only accept cancellations within 48 hours of your order being placed.
